PROGRESS OF THE BEIJING DEMOSTRATION PROJECT ON PRECISION FARMING

摘要

In this paper, the Beijing Xiaotangshan Precision Agriculture Demonstration Project (BXPADP) is presented as an example with regard to such issues as the aim and significance of studying and demonstrating precision farming in China, the goal of the project, the technology scheme for the project actualization. Success of the project will give a reference for introducing and assimilating international precision farming technology and equipment in our country, and for developing the precision farming R& D on software and hardware as well as for exploring the precision farming technology system practice based on the situation of China.
