MINUTES CMI MID-YEAR BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING (Resort at Longboat Key, Florida-January 23-24, 2000)

The executive director of education and treasurer presented oral reports of the activities of the Institute during the past fiscal year. Written reports were presented to the members of the board and will appear in full in the Annual Transactions of the American Foundrymen's Society. Fifty-seven programs were scheduled compared to 50 for the previous year. Average attendance for all classes was 20.9 compared with 22.0 for the previous year. Total attendance for all classes was 1191, up 93 from the previous year, but down from the budget of 1361.
