Characterization of instrument transformers with nonsinusoidal waveforms

We introduced a decomposition of the error of measuring transformers with focus on their characterization for the measurement of power under nonsinusoidal conditions. Examples of its use in typical cases are presented. A practical implementation of the error definitions is proposed.
