摘要

Almost all lithium-ion batteries on the market today are exclusively based on carbonaceous anodes which have excellent cyclability.Tin composite oxides (TCO) are interesting alternate negative electrode materials because of their large specific capacities.However,a large irreversible capacity loss occurs in the first cycle,and the materials lack the long-term stability of the carbon anodes.Corrective measures to address these two major material deficiencies have been the focal point of most research work on TCO.
