Status Report: A Review of the Critical Needs for Interdisciplinary Standards within the HSCB User Community

Recently, the executive committee of the Simulation Interoperability Standards Organization (SISO) approved the creation and development of the Human Social Cultural Behavioral (HSCB) Modeling Standards Study Group. Its objective is to determine the needs for standards, best practices and products within the HSCB modeling and simulation community. Initial tasks include investigating the needs for standards and analyzing how current models and standards can be leveraged for application into HSCB efforts/areas. In this paper, we present a status report on the critical needs for interdisciplinary standards within the HSCB user community.
