摘要

Dispersion relations of the SPP at the diffused plasma boundary have been calculated. Analytical dispersion relation tacking into account spatial nonlocality has been obtained. Two-beam nonlinear excitation of SPP at the sharp plasma boundary has been investigated analytically.
