In the future, if the fossil fuel has to be used, the carbon dioxide (CO{sub}2) ocean sequestration technology may be selected in order to mitigate the increased anthropogenic CO{sub}2 in the atmosphere. In this paper, the result of a sensitive study, which used a stochastic mathematical model applied for zooplankton as an example of marine organisms, is discussed. The objectives of this model study are to simulate and predict the population dynamics of zooplankton in the ocean and to inform us the technological key parameters such as how and what amount of CO{sub}2 is injected into the ocean. It was found that the zooplankton density decreases after injection of CO and gradually recovers after the CO{sub}2 dilution and dispersion.
