The PRO program has already delivered success based on the items discovered through reviewing the plant systems. It is too early to quantify reliability and cost-metric improvements, however, the project has set reliability and cost improvement goals over the next two years. In closing, the results from an effective condition-based maintenance process will challenge the "World-Class" goals established for this project. Any process chosen needs to be tailored to the business strategy and goals of the organization. The real success comes as a result of commitment and execution. Like the great sports team referred to in the beginning, it takes a game plan, talent, and execution to win.
