Legislative Commission rejected regulation on December 14, 2001. PUCN directed to revise regulation, citing the price cap as contrary to the legislative intent. Final regulation adopted May 30, 2002 in the Nevada Administrative Code. Attached hereto as " Revised Adopted Regulation of the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada."
