Fusion of Simulation and Testing within the Automotive Development Process Using an Open Integration and Test Platform

摘要

Due to constantly increasing numbers of vehicle variants and complexity in combination with advanced driver assistance systems, innovative powertrain concepts and new ways of connectivity to online data services, a high efficiency in development and testing is the key for a successful vehicle development process. This paper describes how an open integration and test platform is used to combine simulation and testing in a seamless and efficient development process.
