Test driving experiments showed that the brake reaction time becomes longer as the number of elements to judge such as lights increases and as more driving actions are added. Thus, traffic signals, road signs, traffic signs, and so forth that are the basis of traffic rules should be made easy to understand while conveying the required information. Existing traffic display methods need to be reviewed. As the traffic system becomes more complicated and the time for recognition and judgment increases, drivers will need to be more defensive by keeping sufficient distance between cars, and should learn through experience.
