Using nonlinear optimum method, maximum likelihood modal parameters in statistics are identified in the frequency domain with multiple frequency response functions. User interfaces are constructed with MATLAB in personal computer This system is applied for the cylinder containing the cut. And the case of the difference in the result depended on modal parameters and FEM are investigated, and it improves.
