Recently, in automobile parts development, reduction of development period and cost are required in order to reduce period and cost of complete vehicle development. For to accomplish this purpose, rig test alternate to complete vehicle test and finite element method analysis are required to introduce in durability evaluation. This paper describes; ① Reproduce complete vehicle behavior on test rig, for to evaluate durability of suspension bushing. ② Utilize rig test data for parts design and evaluation. ③ Introduce finite element method analysis for to reduce prototypes in parts development.
