摘要

In this paper, the NO{sub}x reduction performance of a urea-SCR system under steady state engine operation conditions was experimentally investigated, and a numerical study was conducted by the use of CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) code combined with surface detailed chemistry. It is indicated that the urea-SCR system achieves 70-90% NO{sub}x reduction for a variety of loads at 1440 rpm, 60% of the maximum engine speed. Moreover, the two-dimensional transport simulation with detailed surface reaction mechanism can quantitatively predict measurements.
