摘要

The reliability assessment has a pivotal role to maintain sustainability growth of the photovoltaic (PV) system. Evidence suggests that with the growing trend of PV systems, fire accident in top installed PV system countries couldn't be consider negligible. However, there is a general lack of research in risk assessment of fire accident in PV system. Therefore, this study seeks to obtain data which will help to address these research gaps. In this paper, fire risk assessment based on actual fire accident has been conducted using failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), event tree analysis (ETA), and fault tree analysis (FTA).
