Basic observation for creating atmospheric radiation quantity map (Part 3) (the proposal of atmospheric radiation quantity map)

The design and the operation management of the system which uses natural energy need a value of the atmospheric radiation quantity in each place. In this report, the estimated formula proposed so far was examined again, and the atmospheric radiation Quantity mop was created from the examination result.
