Study on passive and low energy methods for post-office building in cold climate - 2: thermal environment of zero-energy model building

摘要

The purpose of this study is to analyze the indoor thermal environment of a post office built in the cold climate, in which several passive and low energy methods were adopted. Throughout the year, the thermal environment of this building is kept under comfortable condition, which shows the good effect of each element, such as high insulation, solar floor heating and natural cross-ventilation. To use proper methods has the possibility of large amount of energy saving even in severe climate condition.
