A heating, cooling, and hot-water supply system in residential houses composed of a solar collector, heat pump, and hot water storage is consistently proposed as a strong measure for reducing domestic energy consumption and CO{sub}2 emissions in our group. We are developing decompressed-boiling solar-panel which is suitable to be used as a device of heat-transport to hot water storage tank and as a heatsource of heat pump. In this study, we tested the performance of decompressed-boiling solar-panel on the roof of Library in Keio university and confirmed the high heat-transport ability. The results support to apply this solar-panel for our purpose which was expected from the results of indoor experiments.
