Recently, the world has been faced to the global environmental problem of global warming. As a result, the wind force and the wave energy come to be highlighted again as energy resources which do not exhaust carbon dioxide (CO{sub}2). Under such a background, we report on the development plan of floating body type wind force & wave activated power generation system which produces clean energy and the tranquil waters for the coast sea (about 34,000 km of Japan in the total extension of coast lines) where a steady strong wind and the wave are obtained easily.
