1) The optimum nitrogen flow rate is equal to 1000 slm where the amounts of oxygen content and porosity are limited to about 1.5 wt percent and 1 to 4 vol percent, respectively. 2) Adhesion strength tends to be compromised if nitrogen flow rate is above 1000 slm.
