The Energy Smart Cascade programs were introduced by Energy Efficiency Victoria to reduce Victoria'sgreenhouse gas emissions through energy management in business. The programs draw together the roles of industry and government in addressing climate change and in fulfilling our national and international obligations. Energy Smart Cascade programs are designed to cascade energy efficiency concepts through a host such as a large company or industry association to its suppliers or members.
