A method to evaluate capacity of power electronics devices in power system stabilization

Power system controllers using power electronics devices are capable of adjusting some electrical quantities quickly. However, the directly controlled value depends on the configuration of apparatus, which makes it difficult to evaluate the effectiveness commonly. This paper presents a method to evaluate the effectiveness of different controllers in a power-angle curve.
