Image analysis using silhouette images for matching of human body models

摘要

We present methods for segmenting a silhouette image and detecting a trunk as an image analysis for matching of human body models. Two methods for segmentation are presented. The first method uses pixels where the direction of the border line changes distinctly. The second one uses thinning information of the silhouette.
