Surface waves and leaky waves in integrated circuit structures with planar periodic dipole loading

摘要

Surface waves on a grounded dielectric substrate with planar periodic dipole loading are investigated with emphasis on the existence of leaky waves in surface wave band gap. The effect dipole and material parameters to the surface-wave band-gap and leaky-waves is demonstrated. Results are compared to the experiment with good agreement.
