Fabrication of 1D and 2D grating structures

摘要

We demonstrate an interferometric method of fabricating 1-dimensional and 2-dimensional periodic structures on planar substrates. There is no limitation on the grating length and the technique is applicable to fabrication of fiber Bragg gratings.
