0.3 V{sub}(pp) single-drive push-pull InP Mach-Zehnder modulator module for 43-Gbit/s systems

摘要

We have developed an ultra low driving voltage (255 mV{sub}(pp)) and very compact InP-based n-i-n Mach-Zehnder modulator module. The module has a built-in driver IC. 43 Gbit/s single-drive push-pull operation is demonstrated using this compact module.
