The three receiver technologies based on an acousto-optic(AO) approach channelized receiver are descibed in this paper. The three basic architectures are called a prallel output AO channelized receiver, integrating AO channelized receiver, and interferometric spectrum analyzer. We introduce the basic principles and develop the basic relationships, and the unique advantages and disadvantages are analyzed for every type of Ao channelized receiver in this paper.
