In the recent years,block copolymers gained increasing importance as stabilizers in emulsion polymerization due to their manifold advantages over conventional low molecular weight surfactants.These surfactants are only efficient in high concentrations,but their migration tendency leads to an accumulation at the surface during film formation,causting the film properties to deteriorate.
