Compared lamellar crystal structure and morphology of nylon 5 and nylon 46

摘要

Nylon 46 and nylon 5 are isomeric polyamides with the same NHCO/CH_2 ratio and the amide groups equally spaced by a tetramethylene chain.The former is a [2n,2n+2] nylon with molecular symmetry 2/m and the later is a [2n+1] nylon with molecular symmetry 1/m.
