Dehydration from aqueous alcohol so luthons by cross-linked quaternized chitosan membranes in evapomeation

摘要

An Aqueous ethanol solution (ca.10wt%) produced from biomass fermentation is generally concentrated by distillation.However,its azeotrope mixture can not be more concentrated by distillation.When the membrane separation system which can be permeated selectively water from an azeotropeof ethanol/water is connected to the distillation system,it is expected to obtain high concentrated ethanol with high energy savings and efficiency.
