The waste-water generation is analysed as a part of closed logistical chain of product life cycle (PLC). PLC has generally four phases: P - D - C - R. The waste-water is generated in all these four phases. Water recycling must be ensured either in the frame of PLC of the same product, which is on the origin of concrete logistical chain, or in the frame of another product with individual PLC. The criterion will be for the optimisation either the lowest economical costs of waste-water treatment, or program calculates on sanction and repression costs. The transformation τ_i is than key character of the objects of logistical processes. The 3D graphs serve us for our logistical "crate analysis". The goal is the synthesis of logistical management instrument for economic - environmental evaluation of all PLC phases.
