Resonance characteristics of fiber optic ring resonator in fiber optical resonator gyroscope

摘要

In this paper, based on the typical example of fiber optical ring resonator which is constructed by connecting single mode fiber depend on fiber optic directional coupler, the resonance depth and finesse are discussed and their equation are derived too.Furthermore, the optimal resonance terms are given and illustrated clearly in some curves.
