Fe-16Mn-5Si-13Cr-5Ni shape memory alloy (SMA) with a high corrosion resistance similar to the stainless steel has been developed for joining stainless steel pipe in cold/hot water service system. The pipe joints were made form cold rolling plates using tungsten inert gas arc (TIG) welding method. A joining structure with two gutters inside joint and attached epoxy resin adhesive in the area of gutters has been designed aim to produce the sealing between pipe and joint. The best appropriate clearance (triangle open D) between the outside diameter (OD) of the joined pipe and the inside diameter (ID) of joijt was in the rang ebetween 0.5
