摘要

The microstructure, phase transforamtion and stres-sinduced martensite transformation for several kinds of heat treatment in Ni_47Ti_44Nb_9 alloy have been investigated by utilizing transmission electron microscopy (TEM), tensile test machine, differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Caonsequetnly, the following results wee obtained. In the processes of slow rate coooling or lowj-temeprature aging after solution treatment, there coccurs pahse reaction as follow: titanium-rich phase decomposes to niobium-rich phase and matrix phase. At the mean time, slow rate cooling or low-temeprature aging after solution treatment decrease martensite transformation temperature(Ms), after pre-deformed at low temperature.
