Operating Company's (HSE) Management System (Guidlines, Practises Results)

This paper will introduce the (HSE) Management Programrnguidelines prepared for Agiba petroleum company to protectrnPeople , Equipment , Material & the Environment throughoutrnthe practical implementation of proactive & reactive programsrn.These programs are designed in order to maintain ourrncompany compliance with the Egyptian (HSE) regulations &rnthe related policies of EGPC, EEAA & ENNI- AGIPrncorporate.rnAgiba is operating in one marine & five land areasrnproducing crude oil and associated gas. These fields are farrnfrom each other & span a distance of 2000 Km. Hence,rnimplementing a dynamic & comprehensive (HSE) program isrnconsidered very important in order to keep operations runningrnsmooth & with minimum loss. The implementation of thisrnprogram in the scope of Loss Control & Waste Managementrnresulted in safe operations for the past five years. The dynamicrnapplication will be demonstrated in the paper along with futurernplan of actions for continuo improvement.
