摘要

Concerning to the system of oxygen/recycled flue gas combustion for the removal of carbon dioxide from pulverized-coal fired power plants, combustion characteristics of pulverized coal, and the trial designing of 1000 MW pulverized-coal powerplant were studied. The flame propagation speed of pulverized-coal cloud was measured in a microgravity combustion chamber at O{sub}2/CO{sub}2, O{sub}2/N{sub}2 and O{sub}2/Ar atmosphere. NO{sub}x and SO{sub}2 emissions from the system were investigated in the industrial-scale combustion test facilities. Based on these results and the previous works, the trial designing was also studied on 1000 MW pulverized-coal fired power plant applied this combustion system. As for the heat absorption performance of the boiler furnace, a 3 dimensional numerical analysis was applied to a large utility boiler furnace. It is compared with another promising system CO{sub}2-recovery, pulverized-coal power plant combined amine absorption process.
