Thus, we demonstrate an efficiency of the high voltage ionization wave for spatially-uniform excitation of the chemically-reacting systems. Data for ignition time delays was found for oxygen-hydrogen mixtures and numerical analysis of chemical kinetics was performed under shock wave and high voltage ionization wave simultaneous affection on the gas. It was shown, that combined excitation of the mixture by shock wave and fast ionization wave enable us to decrease the lower limit of mixture ignition on more than 300 K.
