Some Problems on Boundary COnditions for Thermomechanical Anlaysis of Internal Combustion Engine

Some problems on boundary conditions for thermomechanical analysis of internal combustion engine are discussed in this paepr. The thermomechanical analysis of internal combustion engine are discussed in this paper. The thermomechanical analysis includes heat transfer analysis and thermal stress analysis. The heat transfer boundary conditions for piston, cylinder head, and especially for cylinder liner, are studied. A new simp[le method of heat transfer boudnary condition calcuation for cylinder liner is presented in this paepr. The unit transform method of heat transfer coefficient formula is also introduced. The thermal stress boundary conditions for above combustion components are then studied.
