From 1984 to 1993 the research, develop and popularization of rephosphorized sheet steels have been finished through the North Research Groups and the others in China. The new R&D results have been reported; 1. The cantrolled threshold value of AlN precipites of the hot rolling is 60PPm; 2. The reduction of old roing should be above 0.70; in order to ensure r valne characteristics of P1 sheet steel; 3. For the spot welding ability the rephosphoriged sheet steels have near the same level of that of Al-killed sheet, but for the low temperature properties and the resistance corrosion properties, the properties and the resistance corrosion properties, the rephosphorized sheet steels are better than that of Al-killed sheet. Also the popularization fruits including production, stamped parts, amount of assembled trucks, stamp fail ratio and benefit (RMB, 1991-1993) are shown in this paper, Such as the benefit is 91.91 million Yuan (RMB), the assembled trucks are 36 x 10~4 units, stamped parts are 9.80 million units and the stamped fail ratio decreases from 0.88-
