In recent years, the automobiles have been mass-produced in the world-wide scale. The needs for automobiles has increased; namely not only the continual improvements of both fundamental functions (such as driving, turning, stopping) and basic automotive functions: (such as safety, comfort, and reliability) but also taking global environmental issues into consideration. The environmental protection in automobile industries should be needed to conduct continuing life cycle assessments through the all processes of production, use, and disposal. In this paper, the activities for the process of vehicle use is reported; this process seems to get about 80 percent of total life energy consumed by automobiles. The activities for the process of disposal is also reported, which is focused these days.
