摘要

The temporal evolution of 2D grain growth of recrystallized Ti-added IF steel is simulated by the Monte Carlo model. In the simulation, the pinning effect of precipitates on growth kinetics is incorporated. By the conversion of Monte Carlo step (MCS) to real time based on diffusion controlled mechanisms and the conversion of IF steel boundary energy to the boundary energy factor J, the simulated grain size is in good agreement with the experimental data.
