Efficient management mode of operating unit equipment diagnosis and maintenance in water power station

摘要

This paper briefs the importance of water power station Unit operating equipment condition monitoring and diagnosis and the relation between diagnosis and maintenance, and introduces the current water power station equipment maintenance situation and shortcomings in China and the technica1 economic efficiency carried by realizing pre-maintenance system. It gives emphasis to describe water power station unit operating equipment condition monitoring and diagnosis, pre-maintenance system and the establishment of the new mode and structure of efficient maintenance system, that is, an applicable, flexible and conveniently-operated efficient management mode.
