Design and operation of equipment management process control system

摘要

The paper systematically discusses the design and operation of new equipment management system (hereinafter referred to as EM). It is pointed out that EM system shall include five parts: management basis, time sequence dimension, responsibility dimension, operation dimension and instructive theory. The establishment of such a system is a gradual process. Both the design and operation of the system depend on the organizing, decision-making by the enterprise's, management personnel at high level and the training of top quality organizer.
