摘要

This paper analyzes the problems of red copper ring in sealing structure where it is joined by screw--thread, and presents a new mode to compress tightly the red copper ring by many screw--bolts. The paper analyzes the characteristics of force and deformation of the red copper ring in the new structure, and points out that the force acting on the red copper ring is reasonable. It is easier for the red copper ring to produce plastic yield. The new mode increases the reliability and maintainability of high--pressure sealing device, and it has much economical effect.
