摘要

The anthracite coal injection without oxygen enrichment is discussed with PCI practice at Shougang blast furnace in 1996. It is concluded that a coal rate at range of (120-130)kg/tHM will not impair blast furnace smooth runing. The replacement ratio will be idealized at 1.03--1.1 with a calculation of inner furnace energy distribution under PCi condition. On the basis of the heardth heat transfer theory, the injection factor formula (IFF) is given and the injection factor (IF) is defined with application to the theory of H.E.Dunaiyehv. The influence of oxygen enrichment, blast temperature, slag volume, and variety of coal upon IF is computed and therefore, a program to optimized technology by improving the PCI effects is put forward.
