DESIGN OF AN ARCHITECTURE FOR SELF-ORGANIZING AUTONOMOUS LOCAL SOCIAL DEVELOPMENTENT: INTELLECTUAL INFRASTRUCTURE FOR GLOBAL TRANSFORMATION

We are living through a global transformation that will require a rethinking of social systems. The solution seems to be a "self-organizing society" in which participation and learning will be maximized. The challenge is how do the society ensure that new systems apply their creative energies in the right direction? The World Summit for Social Development (SDS) is bringing heads of states together to address this problem and to create a framework for action. The challenge is again, how to create the framework in a democratic way. A self organization support system named SIN PL-MEGAN ET is intended to become a catalytic reference architecture to facilitate this process.
