1.3-um Ti:LiNbO3 optical waveguide four-channel electrical tunable frequency demultiplexer

摘要

1.3 $mu@m Ti:LiNbO$-3$/ optical waveguide frequency demultiplexer with four-channel electrical tune is presented. The device consists of the single mode waveguide which has a pair of modulated electrodes and a DBR reflector. By changing the voltage added to the electrodes, the four different optical frequencies can be selected, because of the waveguide reflective index change induced by electro-optic effect.
