DIMENTIONAL CONTROL OF STIFFENERS IN COMPOSITE STIFFENED SKIN COVER DURING CURING

摘要

The theoretical model for describing the dimenlional changes of stiffeners and silicone rubber cores during autoclave fabrication of a high performance composite stiffened skin cover by the open-moulding of thermal expansion is presented According to this model, the reasons for bringing the quality problems of stiffeners are analysized and the dimentions of silicone rubber cores are calculated and designed again . The stiffeners of stiffened skiir cover meet the requirement of design drawing.
