Heat transfer from an array of foil strips stretched on the wall of a narrow rectangular channel to the flow of fluorinert FX3250 is studied experimentally. The coolant is injected in planar jet normal to the center strip, then, split into two streams to cool the other strips. The data are correlated in terms of NUL/PR{sup}0.4 and Re{sub}L individually on different strips. The correlations are compared to the data of Schafer, Incropera, and Ramadhyani (1991) who conducted experiment using water in similar geometric configurations.
