摘要

In the investigated crystal there are the polytype structures: 3C, 8H, 6H, 4H and 2H. There are near perfect polytypes without stacking faults and also the disordered structure coexisted with some polytypes. The present results allow to make the conclusion that the transition from 3C stable structure with increasing presence of cadmium in Znj_xCdxSe takes place in accordance with the pattern as follows: 3C ->[3C+DS] ->[8H] ->[8H+4H] -->[6H+4H] -->[4H+2H] -->[2H]
